Stockings hung by the Christmas tree with care. It’s beginning to look like Christmas at Woodsy! There is something magical about sitting in a room lit only by the lights of a Christmas tree. Now all I need is a beautiful snow fall, a cup of hot coco and Nat King Cole’s “The Christmas Song” playing in the background. I love the holidays!
So I have realized that I am always talking about traveling to new places. Places I have never been before; so I can experience new people, new cultures, different ways of living, eating, being. Experience the unknown really. But I have never said where I want to go. I figure, now would be a great time to list. So where is every place I want to visit.
-Paris (I will be going in 2019 with one of my favorite people in the world)
-San Diego, CA
-Melbourne, Australia (have to go to the Aussie Open)
-Casablanca (it’s my all-time favorite movie, I need to go)
-Scotland (considered going to grad school here)
-London, and the English countryside (also want to go to Wimbledon)
As you may notice, so places are specific cities, others are countries, but either way, this is by no means an all inclusive or exclusive list. It is simply every place I can think that I want to experience. I will never say no to go somewhere I have never been. An open mind and an open heart are critical for a traveling soul. And well, I guess that is what I have. Because hey, how can you can no to something and someplace you have never experienced or been to?
Found this while scrolling through the internet, and knew it had to be tumbled. Maybe it’s still some of the residual high from finishing the CPA exam, but I read this and felt encouraged. Everything that is new and unfamiliar is hard until the day it no longer is. Keep on pushing through and eventually, you’ll succeed; for what once was hard, is now easy. Guess I am looking for that next challenge in life…
About to get hop into the Blueberry, and take BEC…my last exam. I can do this. I am so close to being done, I just need to focus and power through the last 3 hours of this tortuerous exam so I never have to worry about it again. Time for a little BEC domination baby!!! LETS DO THISSSSSS!!
